Course
This beginner-friendly course teaches practical psychological and philosophical tools to reduce suffering caused by fear-based attachment. Using a clear five-step workflow (Recognize → Identify → Accept → Release → Re-engage) and accessible practices (including the OPEN practice and an ownership-vs-stewardship reframe), learners will move from gripping life tightly to living with open hands. The course balances compassion and rigor: it honors grief and care while equipping students to loosen dependency on temporary things. Through brief lessons, guided reflections, and small assignments, students will learn to spot where they build emotional safety on possessions, roles, relationships, or identity; understand the mechanics of attachment and suffering; practice intentional release; and re-engage life with gratitude and healthy boundaries. The course is paced for self-guided learning with concrete exercises to apply in everyday situations.
